Yes it's a red flag. He doesn't like you posting selfies because he knows that other men look at them, a sign of insecurity. I mean I can't tell you what to do but watch for him escalating things with you. Maybe I'm wrong and he proves you wrong but that's my opinion and it's of my opinion that he most likely will.
