is 46 too old to find a partner

i had many flings with girls in my youth, but never had a girlfriend because i had lots of problems with my mental health and alcoholism too......so i missed out on finding a partner, ive lived alone 19 years now in my own flat, lived asa recluse mainly and just want to know if you think 46 is too old to find a partner?

If you've finally got your act together, and you won't treat another person in a toxic way, then 46 is not too old.
