So, I think I want a child in the future but now I'm diabetic and the women in my family have history of horrible pregnancy complications. My mom almost died giving birth to my youngest sister and horrible life threatening pregnancy complications run in my family. If you and your girlfriend were ready to have a child, would you still do it knowing these risks or would you just adopt?
