Heartbreak takes time

The more time that goes by I know it. I know that I had this stupid idea that I meant as much to you as you did to me. I know it was just a stupid idea. But it doesn’t change the fact I need time to accept that reality. It’s part of the grieving process. You don’t just accept it immediately. Relationships are painful too. The way ppl say move on like it’s that easy when you invested ten years into someone.. who was your whole world

Been there before my friend fortunately it seems to be the way of the world especially nowadays it's hard to heal but it does happen sometimes it'll happen quicker for others than it does for ourselves but just remember time does heal everything and of course a copious amount of liquor and other coping mechanisms but again keep your head up my friend sometimes things happen for a reason
