Those that haven't been loved correctly

Do you notice that they cant accept real, genuine love? Its like they need the hard love. To prove themselves for acceptance. If they cross paths with someone that would give them the world, they run from it and run toward someone that mistreats them.
Its true. I remember when I was younger, before the trauma of loving someone with everything in me, I use to run from the nice guys.
After a couple of decades loving and giving to a man that was selfish, I am now attracted to the good men and repulsed by the selfish and toxic ones. What a concept

Beutiful psychological observation. When young one does not know how to weigh relationship. They think that only things gotten by struggle and hardship is genuine. We don't value what is near, but think that things far away are precious.

And only a few get to realise it and rest get married to it and keep it because they asked for it ..😀

The bad boys can be attractive... That's a need to look past that to the truth

@Convivial They use to be for sure. I think those with harder childhoods experience attraction for the bad boys/girls. That's my theory anyway

@Justgirl I think you're right.... People gravitate to what they know

That is the way it should be. Bad leads to darkness and I would hate to be in the middle of that

@SW-User Yes!! Its not fun and you dont see it until you're out of it

@Justgirl I tend to agree with you

You should be just yourself. Other person should be ready to accept you for what you are.
