I dwell on it a bit. There was once I held on to it I thought we'll get back together, but time to move forward. That's the only way.

Yes once the bond is broken one must move on and never go back.. Yes forgive them is a good thing.. It's good for you to forgive so as to not carry that baggage to your next relationship..
