Nah. Both ppl gotta put on their adult pants and actively make a hard effort to work with the other to find a middle ground.

I they both actually want to be together.

If either really deep down doesn't. It'll never work.

I would have to say it all depends on the people in the relationship.

I was with my girlfriend for a year then we got engaged. Her and I were living in her Mom's townhouse apartment.

I had my seizures and her and I were arguing more. My brother said at the time he does these fairs helping this guy he knew run a funnel cake truck. So her and I decided let's take a break, I'll move back home for a month or so, work with my brother some, and when the house has been finalized I'll move in like how we had it at the apartment.

She was coming over here 3 times a week and then I guess it dropped off at some point I don't really remember. She broke up with me over email in the end.

So the separation in our relationship made it fall apart.

Never had one. Now, if my marriage can survive my retirement,
