What is the difference between being divorced or single when it comes to those stupid forms we have to fill out sometimes?

Picklebobble2 · 56-60, M
I'm sure the form issuer will spout bs about 'helping to raise their inclusivity and demonstrate their willingness of diversity within their company'.
Blah blah blah.

But the more cynical among us know it's just another reason for them to reject your application on nothing more than their own biases.

I thought it would be obvious. One option states you are single and never married the other starts you are not married any more.

@Bluebirdsonmyshoulder It’s for their customer data collection. Its so they can learn more about you now and help You again in the future. I’m guessing you were filling out a form on a dating website. They use the information you give them to match against possible partners.

Well, for us guys the only difference between being divorced and being single is we have half as much stuff as we did before 🤷‍♂️

I think sometimes there isn’t much pt to the question…it’s just tradition that forms include it

Continue to be single unless the law changes.

Depends on what the form is for
