It depends on where they’re conjoined. If they are two separate personalities, then yes… But if they are conjoined at the head with two bodies, without two personalities, then perhaps it wouldn’t be possible… Or even there to question.

@WendyLopez43 OK, my point was if there is a single brain, they can’t have two personalities. Whereas conjoined at the hip or some other part of the body, we have two completely separate heads and brains. In that case, I don’t disagree. I hope you understand my technical difference
