I think based on your last few posts you are in for a lot of heartache if you continue with your relationship. I know it is far easier said than done but your man is not your forever man and the relationship is becoming toxic. You seem to be hurt emotionally most of the time and if that continues you will begin to suffer other side effects from the non-stop anxiety, sadness, and stress.
He and his lover are now lying to your face about what they are doing when you actually saw it. I believe as difficult as it sounds it would be in your best interest to move on but I also know how emotions make that so difficult.
You do need to ask yourself can you be happy with his behavior because it will likely continue and even go further on the same path. You are clearly not happy now so it is difficult to see how you would become happy with the same things occurring going forward.

I'm sure they don't think that you're a liar. They were probably just embarrassed.
