GF had a threesome whilst we were on a break…

We had a break but I didn't expect this. There were no clear indication that we broke up and ready to see other. Can't believe what just 6 months can do? I really love her, should I take her back since we are on a good terms again(talking again)?

It doesn't sound promising, although you were both on a break and like someone else commented, why did you take a break in the first place? I'm assuming you hadn't had relations with anyone else during that period, therefore it seems prima facie, she wanted to test the waters implying doubt on her part in the relationship.
