GF had a threesome whilst we were on a break…

We had a break but I didn't expect this. There were no clear indication that we broke up and ready to see other. Can't believe what just 6 months can do? I really love her, should I take her back since we are on a good terms again(talking again)?

I'd ask yourself if "breaks" ever work. There's a reason for the break in the first place. The solid relationships don't typically include breaks.
