Therapy for couples

Hi please can someone put me in the right direction, I don’t have all the money in the world but me and my partner have the best unique kind of love! But we have some individual challenges that does cause conflict sometimes. I really want to try and get some healing spiritual therapy that’s affordable, can anyone please recommend I’m in somerset England

How do you think a spiritual therapy can help resolve your conflict , for it would only be a getaway from your usual life for sometime, and things are going to be back once you resume life. Instead both can sit and come to an understanding, which is like road rules and violations. Both of you know your problem/ conflict areas .. so first each of you can first write your wants and needs that are non negotiable and those that are negotiable.. and expectations from other. Exchange your paper and come to an understanding.

While doing which you need to respect each other and not try to dominate.

Somerset is a beautiful county (I live there too). Take a stroll in the Quantocks on a beautiful day such as that which has now ended. That is the best spiritual therapy of all.
