Would you still be friends with a woman and go out together when told you that she was in love with you?

If I am happily married then I would distance myself from this woman who says she's in love with me and actually run from this temptation.
If I am not happy in my marriage, yes I would be flattered by this woman being in love with me and would be open to her pursuit of me.
