I think something is wrong with my wife

She just sits there and says nothing and does nothing like she's paralyzed and she acts like she doesn't hear me when I say "are you okay" and stuff like that, I think she's having random anger outbursts because I'll shake her and ask if she's okay and she'll shout, "IT'S 3AM, WHY DID YOU WAKE ME UP AGAIN?!?!?!"
