Shitty human relationships, why even getting involved in them if they end up so badly

If people liked each other so much and then end up like enemies in bad terms.

I think people are trying to force a relationship model that just isnt natural nor right.

I think we were meant to he a more 'casual' species when it comes to romance and sex.

@SW-User cheating is so rampant and widespread. More people have cheated or been cheated on than people who havent. Entire books and classes exist just to try and convince long time partners that they aren't tired of each other sexually.

I think there is writing on the wall that the majority aren't trying to read...

Some are capable of this sacrifice, but many are not.

Perhaps even most.

That they like freedom over safety, if it was like that everyone would want open relationships and things like those, and nope, that's not the norm either....

What people want more than anything is to be able to have their cake and eat it too.

Of course people want some degree of safety, but they also want to do what they really want to do.

That is why people cheat in secret while staying in 'committed' relationships. So they can have both.

But the fact that they are willing to risk their sure thing for a thrill is proof enough that they value freedom over safety.

Honestly, the fact that humanity ever left the caves is proof enough that we value freedom over safety.
