I think most people can relate at one time or another. Sometimes habitually choosing toxic people and toxic situations results in becoming toxic as well. That’s where the catch phrase ‘toxic’ is most accurate — when the unhealthy nature of things is a contaminant. If you notice yourself reacting in unhealthy ways that’s kinda the cue to end it, not keep at it.

You may appear to be horrible to some but you have to ask yourself do you think you're horrible? Only your own reflection of opinion of yourself can question that
