If your partner never got on your never it means they don’t care about you. That’s doesn’t make sense!

My siblings and their spouses get on each other’s nerves and they argue which is normal for couples but they’re all lovey dovey. One of my brothers friends said, “If y’all never said ‘you get on my nerves”, you don’t really care about each other at all. Lol.”
That makes no sense.
Are couples SUPPOSED to get on each other’s nerves?
