If your ex said even though things didn't work out I love you as a brother/sister now what would you think?

I would be shocked that any of my exes were able to FIND me, firstly, and secondly since they are dead to me I wouldn't care one bit. I think I would care more if a dog bit me and then came sniffing around trying to lick my hand years later.
