Is keeping my daughter away from me. Ever since she was born its been very difficult and now i am taking her to court

my baby mothers mother thinks that the child only belongs to them

Will it catch up on them and will i get my rights?

If you take it to court, and if you are not a criminal and are not violent, you will be awarded a father's right to visitation. If the family of the baby doesn't trust you for some reason, they will be supervised visits. Otherwise you will be able to visit your daughter. The court will ask you to pay child support, so you should expect to pay for the privilege of being a Dad.
