Is confidence attractive

I was told as a man, dont chase women but focus on self improvement and become Alpha

Shall i keep fit?
is the law of attraction real if im desperate?

Desperation wafts like a bad period. It's unattractive. Confidence is key. Feeling comfortable in your own skin is good, too. Keeping fit or not doesn't really make much difference, so long as you feel confident in yourself.
