Is it true to never chase anyone

Ive been doing it wrong most of my life. Always chasing after women, friendships and people and feeling depressed

Shall i stop contacting them first all the time and wait atleast 3 days? in this modern age of instant communication

I won’t chase a man. That’s his job, but I’m old school. I don’t advise that you chase friendships or people in any other sense. It comes across as needy, and no one finds needy attractive.

Chasing a woman requires confidence and finesse. You have to know the difference between she’s interested, but making you work a little, and she’s not interested. That sounds like hard work to me, and I wouldn’t have the patience for it. Thank God, I’m a woman.

The bottom line is, I’m sorry, and I don’t have the answer because I don’t know how this modern world works, let alone modern dating. It’s all hook ups now, isn’t it? I have no clue. I’m so sorry. It must be awful. {hug}

I’m using your vocabulary. Chasing is the word you used, so I responded in kind. Pursuing is a better word, but basically means the same thing when it comes to romance. I think you are splitting hairs. @JosephtheEmpath
