I don't know anyone who isn't in need of healing.
We ALL carry our own crosses.
My awesome husband has helped heal me by loving me sooo fine!

For me, it's about the person and the connection. If they are healing and need extra TLC that's OK, I just see that as part of the relationship between us.

Be with someone who has their shit together..someone who meets you at where you're at ...not a project

In my experience, being able to offer someone some help is a great way to start bonding. It does however come with a risk that they leave you once they are in a good enough place to not need your help anymore.

Nobody's perfect. Plus I like to feel I am not the only one with problems.

It depends. If I feel like I am in a good and strong place to support another person, then I am definitely happy to be with them. But I would prefer that they were open with their problems, instead of just bottling them up (which I think a lot of men tend to do).
But if I am in a bad place, I don't want to be around other people in a relationship setting. I have been in the past and I was not a stable or good partner. Adding another person who is also in a bad place, is kind of a scary situation.
