Complicated relationship

Basically I’ve started seeing this guy from work he isn’t out yet but I really like him but he has a few issue’s whenever he’s upset or angry he just clams up and goes quiet it’s Happend a few times it doesn’t bother me but I wish he could tell me what’s on his mind sometimes he came to work on his day off with his mum because we work in the cinema and he completely blanked me when I tried to say hello it really upset me but he came to find me later to explain and he could tell I was upset so I kind of walked away from him I wish I hadn’t done it because I know what he’s going through
