After they are a legal consenting adult they have the right to date anyone they want. Legally is a legal thing, morals is another story .
I’m not going to get involved with someone that could be my daughter ( I’m talking about age here just to clarify) to me it would be a moral issue but I also don’t think just because I think that that I have a right to dictate how others must think about it.
Simple answer is yes once an adult it’s up to the two involved no one else in my opinion.
