My 1st grade teacher, she was a tall brunette with long legs and the bluest eyes you have ever seen. She was absolutely gorgeous. She got married to a guy with my same last name and it was torture calling her Mrs. XXXXX for the last few weeks of the 1st grade. I have to say I am over it and much better off, she was really much too old for me.

I get crushed often. I’m very sensitive and while I try not to be, it’s also my way to find out if people are abusive. If your kind and they’re mean or take advantage, then I know they suck. It always hurts a little when someone sucks, because there is good in everyone. I would rather be a lil hurt by the painful truth. You always learn, always heal if that’s what you wish to do.

Breaking our hearts is part of our journey to finding a love that lasts. If we learn the lessons, maybe, just maybe, the next time would be better.

After 25 years of marriage and a divorce it was awhile before I dated again. A younger woman found me, we’ve been together for the last 10 years.

I gave up because I wanted to. I chose the single road instead, rejected dating. Nearly 2 decades later, and I'm still single.

The who isn't important but it's always another woman.
Am I better? I'm in a better place but I'm not better. I have trust issues. Walls. I can't let another get that close to me again- only to be hurt again.
I've sworn off romantic connections. but i need IRL friends in my life and I need in their presence now and again.

Of course I remember, she shattered my little heart, I have a friend who works in a store locally, a few years ago, she came in the store where she works and recognized her, and she asked about me. She knows she missed the chance of a lifetime. LOL.
