Wear headphones if it bothers you.
Or talk to someone about whatever is making you upset at your core.
Blaming them for throwing it in your face when they’re not even talking to you just because you don’t like the topic of their conversation is kinda toxic. You’ll poison your mind even further than it already is if you continue with that line of thought.
