To anyone who is trying to get over someone

It’s taken me over 10 years to get over someone I liked and loved a lot. If anyone is going through this trying to get over someone, once you don’t see them and have no access to their social media, you will eventually get over them. You might still miss them but it isn’t to the point where you feel desperate and lonely. I’m not in any state of relief or feeling proud that I’m finally over the person, but you eventually start to find yourself again and realise life needs to go on and it just does. You find your own new interests or hobbies. Take as much time as you need, just don’t beat yourself over it in the process. Life is short, meet new people, fall in love, fall out of love, fall in love with places, new activities. Do whatever it takes, to find yourself again. There is light at the end of the tunnel. ❤️🧡💛
