When dating a man you have to let him know you're the alpha in the relationship or he won't take you seriously and cheat on you?

Personally not so sure bout' the Alpha part. Mutual trust based on shared integrity works best for me.
And... The fact he's well aware he stands a chance of loosing some teeth.
