@SW-User well maybe some context would help/ many have met that use the term TLDR, do NOT read much at all.
long form lit is less popular now, and I do see some age correlation sometimes. the process of reading fiction, requires and exercises imagination. and not just lit, movies too,
this summer, at a remote worksite, I set up a lil movie theater. showed some popular recent stuff
but when I showed some older, high quality film, found a certain segment of the watchers has a complaint
"is all they do in this moive is just talk? when does something happen?
I think these are linked phenomenon.
