Am I wrong to not want to give my magazine subscriptions to someone anymore cause she ran over my foot with her scooter

I get woman's world and first for woman as a subscription in the mail, I was being nice to a neighbor and would give them to her after I read them, almost a month ago we had this christmas party where I live in the lobby, she uses a scooter sometimes even thou she could walk, I was sitting next to her and her scooter was in the corner while I was on the end of the table, someone put their walker in the middle so I got stuck putting my foot on the end of the table, I should've paid more attention but I took it for granted she would've, all of a sudden she moved her scooter and it went right over my foot. that didn't tickle any. I did tell my manager about it but not much was done over it. I then decided if she didn't care enough to look down before she moved her scooter then I wasn't going to care about giving her my magazines anymore, today I was getting my mail when she was down there and she complained that she wasnt getting her magazines anymore, I just said I didn't get any today, if you were me would you have wanted to give someone your magazines when they didnt even care to look down before they moved the scooter?
