Narrative. I so sick of this word being used. Most of the time it's used to replace belief or idea.

Can we stop please?

I use it because a narrative isn't always what those voicing it believe. It's often a story you tell to make others believe.

@Carla I guess I'm also sick of people assuming everyone else with a different opinion is telling a story to make others believe. I don't think everyone is trying to be deceptive, it's just toxic language.

@JimboSaturn it's a toxic environment jimbo. If people weren't pushing narratives, people would not be called out for doing so.
