@mossyboots The Te of Piglet by the same author, and of course a whole slew of other books analyzing how Pooh would approach many of today's issues. And of course the original two books by A. A. Milne: Winnie The Pooh and the House At Pooh Corners. They have been the basic philosophical bent of my entire life since I first read them around 6, and my mother helped me see the adult meanings and messages in addition to the child's entertainment overlaid on it.
@mossyboots Have you read Christopher Robin's two books as well? In the first he seemed to still be struggling with the stress of being a worldwide celebrity as a child. The second far more content with the life he had established for himself.
@dancingtongue No I haven't. Last thing I read about him was he ran a bookshop in Devon and that it had been open for decades. I know he married his cousin who also didn't like the fame Winne the Pooh had brought him. But children have loved the old bear for years including myself and I think that is a small price to pay.
