I Absolutely Love Bookstores
I work in a bookstore and I often sit with a book and coffee in a little nook at the back of the store legs tucked under, reading a new book. It probably sounds boring to many but to me it’s heaven

Agreed even with all the new ways of reading there is something about holding a book that has been around for ages that makes the story come to life ,,,, it is to bad the children of the future will not know the joy of this ,,,

@mountainman1234 I’m for progress after all a book was an improvement on the scroll. Books are a wonderful thing to hold, but think of all the trees we’ll save and the landfills we won’t fill

True enough but we could always go back to making books from cloth ,,, it is more expensive maybe but it would be better than all the trees we cut down ,,,
