Hmmm …. At my local library there were comments hand written throughout dozens of the books I checked out or leafed through. It was always in the same hand writing too. Thinking it had to be someone who hung out at the library quite often and didn’t check those books out.

@cherokeepatti Years ago at our local library a woman was arrested for writing in a book, the charge was vandalism of government property.

@cherokeepatti Easy, put hidden cameras up in areas where known habitual readers sit, then go through the footage.
