Reading two currently. A Man Called Ove, the Swedish book on which the Tom Hanks' movie A Man Called Otto is based. A lot more backstory on his past life that fed his grumpiness, in addition to interesting switches to reflect the two different cultures. And also have started Wax Pack, in which a baseball fan with no real connections to the sport or sports writing takes a previously unopened package of 1985 baseball cards and tracks down the players and interviews them about their life since then in their current locations across the country, and does it over a couple of summer months while he is on break from teaching.
