What is a highly recommended book you read and hated?

I’ll start…

For months everyone kept recommending The Never King in all of my reading groups. I finally caved and read it. It was terrible, but that’s my unpopular opinion!

@tenente This actually sums up The Never King perfectly. It’s weird how some books get so much hype around them…where does it come from? 😂

@tenente I didn't enjoy it as much as I thought, but I'm a writer too and would never use such hurtful words to describe someone else's piece. I hope you'll be mindful too.
