Anyways on Amazon it was online in 2012 well I see a comment. Book is unavailable the now. Hmmmmm maybe they are doing same with books that they do throughout history also what they did during 2020, 2021, 2022 and still..
I think there should be different options so allow critical people to speak out/up against things.
Maybe its not available tight now and might be soon or they are trying to hide it as there are pansies nowadays..and sensitive people.
