Longest book you've ever read?

Or for the Republicans here what's the longest book with pretty pictures and colors you've looked through?

don't remember the title but it was written in rhyme by a doctor and discussed the eating habits of a person regarding eggs and pork products of a particular color

The Far Pavilions by M. M. Kaye. It’s in two volumes for printing purposes, but they’re supposed to be a single manuscript clocking in at just under 1k pages.
@Straylight That’s the one I was going to name. But I really liked it. It was easy to lose oneself in it. 😊

From Dawn to Decadence by Jacques Barzun.
I'd be curious about what title the esteemed Original Poster would put up.

When it was new I read Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows, 759 pages.

It's also the only Harry Potter book that I've read

Lilymoon · F
