White Bones is a good read.
If you are at all squeamish then this is not for you.
Set around 2005?
11 dismembered Female bodies found. Dated to 1915. With marks on the bones reminiscent of butchery.
Present day, young lady goes missing, Her body is found, deboned.
Then another.........
Cotton Dolls tied to thigh bones.
Irish/Germanic Mythology wends it's way through the novel.
