I feel nobody ever becomes adult , what say?

80yrold bloke in our pub still reckons he thinks as if he was 20, and never learned anything useful after he was 30. Also said "A drink & a smoke never hurt anyone" so I'll bow to his experience.

That's part of the controversy of voting, getting a drivers license etc is because our brains don't stop growing until about 30 years of age. There's a moral question there about things and I think you're partially right.

@hippyjoe1955 Ah but if the brain doesn't mature until 30, I don't know why the people saying that about women would think they were excluded from the way the brain would age. I'm 32 and I don't have a problem with the idea, I'm neutral on the subject.

It's just a hypothetical posed to make one think about adulthood and if there is any such thing.
