Why do you hate yourself today?

One of my toenails is too long and I was too lazy to trim it. God, I suck.

I feel perpetually lost and deficient.

I keep eating everything

Same reasons I do every day.

My body looks like garbage.

Drugz

I don't.

I am in constant turmoil and can not come to peace with being human and what it entails

Because I sent a message to someone I should not have.
