Onomatopoeia is my favorite. Some runners up are 'sesquipedalian' and 'ethereal' ....Flibbertigibbet is nice one too.

I just thought in retrospect, that these are not "mundane" sounding words though, so I'll have to think about that.

@puck61 perfectly fine words if you ask me, if they are interesting to you, that is all that matters. By mundane I was just trying to give an example
