Why is Anxiety crippling?
I’ve had anxiety for awhile but never really cared but then one day it got really bad and has been bad since my husband and doctors say it’s all in my head and meds are not needed what do I do?!

Bullshit. Anxiety is in your head, but it's the result of a chemical inbalance, and meds as well as therapy CAN and DO help. I know, cause I have an anxiety disorder.

@CruellaDeVil well, mental health disorders tend to be. But feeling a certain and like you may need help shouldn't be brushed aside anyway.
