Weird experience?
Just writing to get it out of my head before the daily mind wipe. Maybe just losing it.
Yet another weird sleep occurrence has occurred. As I was in the process of falling asleep, I felt this pressure I've felt a few times before, lightly pushing down on my chest & I felt this pressure on the sides of my head as if someone was holding my face. At some point, my left arm did the weird thing where it moved from the original spot to right up against my side & went from straight to slightly bent on its own. The last thing that happened before I was finally able to "sleep" was that my body felt like it was being lifted while I could still feel my body pushing down. (If that makes any sense) 🤷🏽
