Nah they know I’m not demanding but at the same time I don’t tolerate disrespect or undermining so I guess they could probably feel like I’m stubborn because I’m not a pushover as my other coworkers. But we get along pretty well. We have a mutual respect.

Because it’s part of the job requirements. He’s the boss after all. Yet ~ it’s not like I do everything he asks me to do without a question. There’s a room for discussion and I surely have my limits. @SimplyLogicalDiscipline
