Thanks for your tip.
I also find it is helpful to 'walk it off' aka impulsively set off on a walk to clear my head. Although it is sometimes difficult in certain situations to do this.

Yeah once the adrenalin kicks in your body wants to use it to do something. Fight flight or freeze are the options to get rid of the excess.
