When someone says “ That tastes healthy…” (they pause for like 5 seconds) is that a good thing or bad thing? 😂 Or does it depend on how they say it?

Sounds like a desperate attempt to toss out a compliment for something that likely doesn't taste good. Depending on how they say it as you said.
