The real problem with Arabic

It just hit me now that Arabic doesn't have capital letters... How do people scream at each other online then? I really never thought of that before.. wow, blows the mind!! 🥔🤔

So why cant we just add our own capital letters to Arabic when we need to yell at someone?🤔
