I'm retired now but was a maintenance supervisor. I had to learn to juggle a dozen things at the same time by prioritizing.
An old question goes; How do you eat an elephant? The answer is; One bite at a time.
You weren't specific as to exactly what your problem is but the answer is still the same. One thing at a time and prioritize. Do what is most important first and then the next. It's the only way ANYTHING gets done.
